1. Az elállási jog érvényesítése

Az Európai Unióban érvényes fogyasztóvédelmi jogszabályok alapján Ön jogosult indoklás nélkül elállni a vásárlástól a termék kézhezvételétől számított 14 napon belül. Az elállási jog gyakorlásának menete a következő:

1. Elállási szándék bejelentése:

   • Kérjük, értesítse ügyfélszolgálatunkat az elállási szándékáról írásban a következő e-mail címen: shop@runninglatteclub.com
     
     

2. Termék visszaküldése:

   • A terméket az elállási szándék bejelentésétől számított 14 napon belül vissza kell küldenie az alábbi címre: Nyári Attila E.V., 1118 Budapest, Maléter Pál utca 3/A - 305. A termék visszajuttatásáról a vevő gondoskodik.
     
     

3. Állapot és csomagolás:

   • A visszaküldött terméknek eredeti állapotában, sértetlenül, minden tartozékával együtt kell visszaérkeznie hozzánk. Kérjük, hogy a terméket megfelelően csomagolja be, hogy elkerülje a szállítás közbeni sérüléseket.

2. Visszatérítés

Amint megkaptuk és ellenőriztük a visszaküldött terméket, értesítjük Önt a visszatérítés állapotáról. A visszatérítés kizárólag a termék árát tartalmazza; a szállítási díj nem jár vissza, azt minden esetben a vásárló viseli. A visszatérítést az eredeti fizetési módjával megegyező módon teljesítjük a lehető leghamarabb, de legkésőbb az elállási szándék bejelentésétől számított 14 napon belül.

3. Kivételek

Bizonyos termékkategóriák esetében az elállási jog nem érvényesíthető. Ilyenek lehetnek például a romlandó áruk, a higiéniai vagy egészségügyi okokból vissza nem küldhető termékek, valamint az egyedi igények alapján készült vagy testreszabott termékek.

1. Notifying the intention to withdraw:

2. Returning the product:

   • You must return the product within 14 days from the notification of your intention to withdraw to the following address: Attila Nyári E.V., 1118 Budapest, Maléter Pál utca 3/A - 305. The shipping cost of the return is paid by the customer.
     
     

3. Condition and packaging:

   • The returned product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and include all accessories. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

2. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund includes only the price of the product; shipping costs are not refundable and are always borne by the customer. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the notification of your intention to withdraw.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products. These may include perishable goods, items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, and products made to your specifications or personalized.
