Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive "repeat deliveries". These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely by Stripe and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
RLC+ subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of their duration.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time.
Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time.
  2. Please contact as at shop@runninglatteclub.com and we will take care of the pause / cancellation in 12-24 hours.
  3. Your subscription will be cancelled and your card won't be charged again.

Please Note:
We are not offering any refunds for our RLC+ Membership program at the moment after cancellation, however we kindly ask you to contact us in case of any problem you encountered during your membership time and we are going to find a solution.
