2. Általános rendelkezések

Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek (ÁSZF) a Running Latte Club Kft. által üzemeltetett webshopban történő vásárlás feltételeit szabályozza. Az ÁSZF minden jogügyletre és szolgáltatásra vonatkozik, amely a shop.runninglatteclub.com weboldalon keresztül történik.

1. Vásárlási folyamat
   Regisztráció és rendelés: A vásárlás regisztráció nélkül is lehetséges. A vásárláshoz szükséges adatokat a rendelés során kell megadni.
   Termék kiválasztása: A termék kiválasztása a weboldalon található termékleírások és képek alapján történik.
   Kosár: A kiválasztott termékeket a "Kosárba" gombra kattintva helyezheti el a kosárban.
   Megrendelés véglegesítése: A kosár tartalmának ellenőrzése után a "Megrendelés" gombra kattintva véglegesítheti a rendelést.
   Fizetés: A rendelés leadása után a fizetési mód kiválasztása és a fizetés végrehajtása szükséges.
2. Fizetési módok
   Bankkártyás fizetés: A rendelés összegét online bankkártyával is kiegyenlítheti.
3. Szállítás
   Szállítási határidő: A szállítási határidő a rendelés visszaigazolásától számított 3-5 munkanap.
   Szállítási díj: A szállítási díj a rendelés során kerül feltüntetésre és a rendelés összegéhez hozzáadódik.
4. Elállási jog

Az Európai Unió szabályozásainak megfelelően Ön jogosult indoklás nélkül elállni a szerződéstől a termék kézhezvételétől számított 14 napon belül. Az elállási jog gyakorlásának részleteit a weboldalon található "Elállási jog" dokumentum tartalmazza.
