Meet Jason, our certified Lydiard™ Level 1 & 2 running coach from New Zealand. With experience ranging from 5K races to ultra-marathons over 100 km, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session.

Weekly In-Person Group Training Sessions (4x / Month)
Join us every Tuesday at 7 PM for our energizing group sessions.
To ensure personalised attention, sessions are limited to 15 participants. As the group grows, we will create smaller sub-groups tailored to different training levels and goals.
Each session focuses on:
- Running techniques
- Strength and mobility
- Training methods, eg. PCR Run, Intervals, Fartlek, Out and Back, Tempo, Cut Downs
- Race preparation
- And of course… having fun while improving!
